Healing my Divine Temple WHOLISTICALLY
Sunday April 18th 2021 (Part I)

I have been in a healing crisis at least since the beginning of this year, but I have been able to keep any tooth abscess or tooth pain at bay by putting cayenne pepper on my gums while I sleep (I know, I’m a G!!!). This worked to keep any swelling from accumulating in my gums, but unbeknownst to me, a nasty infection was brewing in my body, as I had built up a tolerance for the cayenne.
This all came to a head yester, 4/17/2021, when the pain in my upper and lower jaw began to radiate through my maxilla and mandible, up the left side of my face, and down the left side of my neck; complete with a very large, extremely painful cervical lymph node.
I have had a crack in one of my lower left bicuspids for about 10 to 15 years now. No dentist would fill it; instead wanting to opt for a root canal. Due to my deep diving of Dr. Weston A. Price’s research (Canadian holistic dentist) exploring the relationship between nutrition, dental health, and physical health, I was fully aware of the dangers of such an ineffective protocol. So I let it be. Once a year, every year, for the past 12-15 years, I have developed an abscess directly underneath said tooth, that I used to call my “sweet tooth”, as sugar was/is the number one offender. I now call it my “Self-Control is the Best Control tooth”. For those on a journey of optimum health you know very well that what you used to consume you can no longer. Years ago, I would eat and Iced Honey Bun and Nacho Cheese Doritos as my reward snack. Now, I can eat an overly ripe banana or a couple of dates, with an immune system in a compromised state, my tooth rings the alarm the same way it would if I had eaten a slice of cake.
This was all compounded when, two weeks ago, a molar on my upper left side crumbled into pieces, exposing the root. I had heard of this happening to other people, specifically other vegans, and I knew it was time to release the dogma and make a change. I had always thought MY Teeth were much too strong for such things. The position of this crumbling molar: directly behind the only tooth I have ever had a root canal procedure done on. Dr. Price speaks of the teeth being on a delicate network of nerves, arteries & veins that, if such a network is disrupted, as is the case for a root canal procedure where the pulp is removed (which contains the vascular system of veins & arteries and the nerves), it almost always leads to problems with the teeth ‘downstream’.
A Brief Anatomy Lesson…
I Am an Anatomist
The upper teeth receive blood supply from branches off of the Maxillary Artery, and deoxygenated blood is carried back to the lungs by branches of the Alveolar Vein. The upper teeth are innervated by branches of the Maxillary Nerve—the 2nd branch of the Trigeminal Nerve (Cranial Nerve 5). When a tooth has had its root canal cleaned out, this network is cut off from that tooth AND the teeth behind it. Thus rendering that tooth, in effect, DEAD, which also slowly kills the teeth behind it. With limited blood supply, there is limited oxygen exchange. Constrict a living thing from its source of oxygen, and you slowly drain its life force!
You can imagine the pain of two teeth—on the same side, one upper, one lower—ringing at once. All I have felt for the better part of today is radiating pain in my head to the point where I thought banging it against a wall would be my only relief. I, instead, chose to lean on my many years of training and began a WHOListic Healing Regimen.
What I Consumed…
I began my day with 4oz. of Chelation (Prodigiosa, Cascara Segrada, and Rhubarb Root), which detoxes the mucus membranes in the body by removing toxins, acids and mucus, while providing mineral nourishment during the cleansing process.
I drank plenty of alkaline spring water and Ginger Aid Tea (Ginger, Moringa, Turmeric, Caraway, Cinnamon) with added juiced Ginger root
I ate some tomato soup with garlic, onions, and spinach to break fast, even though I was not in the mood to eat, my body needed nourishment.
I ate a raw garlic clove and inserted a half of a clove into my vagina for added support. (Infections can spread rapidly to the mucus membranes of the body, which includes the genitalia.)
Why Garlic?
Diallyl Sulfide, a compound in garlic, was found to be 100 times more effective than two popular antibiotics in fighting the Campylobacter bacterium, according to a study published in the Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy. The Campylobacter bacterium is one of the most common causes of intestinal infections.
I ate 1/8 of a raw red onion (2 times). Onions contain the flavonoid Quercetin, which improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and protects the body’s cells from toxins. Its antioxidant powers would lower the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and other degenerative diseases of the brain. This powerful flavonoid also fights free radicals, which damage cells in the body that can develop into cancer.
Still not hungry, but for lunch I ate about a half a cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk yogurt for its probiotic benefits, with about 4 Brazil nuts, 4 Walnuts, and cinnamon spinkled on top.
I ate 3 spoonfulls of Chili, Jalapeno, Habanero Pepper Sauerkraut, for its probiotic benefits. In a healing crisis, an influx of good bacteria is needed to combat the bad bacteria in the colon. A diet high in sugar, simple carbohydrates that convert to sugar in the bloodstream, and processed foods lead to the opportunistic/pathogenic bacteria, viruses, & fungi staging a coup against the beneficial bacteria, viruses, & fungi, in a bid for dominance and power. The opportunists play a role as the workers, but they must be kept in check. Put them back in their place with probiotic-rich foods, fiber-rich prebiotics, and focus on consuming whole foods.
Remember…
70-80% of the body’s immune system resides in the gut, so quite naturally I look to the SOURCE. No more allopathic protocols seeking to put a band-aid on/”manage” the symptoms.
I oil pulled with Coconut Oil twice today, as it is anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antifungal. I spit this toxic soup into the toilet and flushed it.
I also swished some hydrogen peroxide around in my mouth, as it is an excellent solution for oral debridement—an antiseptic that helps clean the area, remove dead cells, and reduce bacteria. Also spit into the latrine (I didn’t want such a necrotic mixture lingering around in the sink).
How I ended the day…
Another 4oz. of Chelation
Some Black Seed Oil held under my tongue for about 10 minutes (sublingually, substances go directly into your bloodstream)
A half clove of garlic held in between my lip and upper gums and a half on my lower gums
Another whole garlic clove, sliced in half and inserted into my vagina
